Pricing questions

Do I need an LLC or a new phone number?

No. Most stylists, barbers, and other pros sign up under their own name. And you keep your current number: calls you miss can forward to BukdAI, which texts the caller right back and books them.

What does the setup fee cover?

We set up your booking number, register it with the phone carriers (required for business texting), load your services and hours, and make sure your first test booking works.

Are there per-booking fees?

No. Your plan is a flat monthly price. Deposits and payments go straight to your bank through Stripe, which charges its standard card fee (2.9% + 30¢ in the US).

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month. Switch plans or cancel anytime from your dashboard.

How soon can clients start booking?

You can set up your services and hours in an afternoon. Carriers review every business that texts; most are approved within a few business days, and we keep you posted.
