Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BukdAI, operated by Run Horse Run LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or texting a BukdAI number, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

BukdAI is an AI text-message receptionist for service businesses. It answers clients by text, offers open appointment times, quotes the business's prices, collects deposits through Stripe, sends confirmations and reminders, and can text back callers whose calls were missed.

2. Business Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your services, prices, hours, and policies. The AI books and quotes from the information you provide.
  • You are responsible for honoring appointments booked through BukdAI and for your own cancellation and refund policies.
  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Plans and Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, plus a one-time setup fee shown at checkout.
  • There is no long-term contract. You can change plans or cancel anytime in your dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Card processing for client deposits and payments is provided by Stripe under Stripe's terms and fees. Payments go to your connected Stripe account.

4. SMS Terms

Run Horse Run LLC sends text messages through BukdAI in these programs:

  • Appointment booking: when you text a business's BukdAI number, you receive messages about booking with that business, such as available times, prices, deposit links, confirmations, reminders, and changes to your appointment.
  • Missed-call text-back: if you call a business and the call isn't answered, you may receive one text inviting you to book by text. Reply to continue, or reply STOP to opt out.
  • Business owner alerts (optional): owners who turn on alerts receive texts about new bookings, cancellations, and issues that need attention.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email booked@bukdai.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not send marketing messages through these programs. See our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Assistant

BukdAI uses artificial intelligence to understand and reply to messages. It is designed to stay within the services, prices, and policies you set and to hand conversations to you when unsure, but it can make mistakes. Review bookings in your dashboard and contact us if something looks wrong.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't use BukdAI to send spam or marketing messages, to text people who haven't contacted your business, for anything illegal, or to interfere with the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BukdAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be delivered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Run Horse Run LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms and will post changes here. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
