BukdAI is an AI text-message receptionist that service businesses (salons, stylists, lash artists, cleaners, and similar) use to book appointments. Each business gets its own BukdAI booking number. Clients text that number to book, and only receive messages about their own appointments.

By texting a BukdAI booking number such as (219) 500-8691, you agree to receive conversational text messages from that business through BukdAI (Run Horse Run LLC) about your appointment, including replies from the AI assistant, available times, prices, deposit payment links, confirmations, reminders, and changes to your appointment. How clients opt in

  • By texting first. A client sends the first text to a business’s booking number, which the business shares on its website, social media profile, or business card.
  • By calling. If a client calls the business and the call isn’t answered, they receive one text inviting them to book by text. They can reply to continue or reply STOP. No further texts are sent unless they reply.

We never text people who haven’t contacted the business, and we don’t buy or rent phone number lists.

What messages you will receive

  • Replies from the AI assistant: available times, prices, and answers about the business’s policies.
  • A booking summary to confirm, and a secure deposit link if the business requires a deposit.
  • A booking confirmation, and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the appointment.
  • Confirmations when you cancel (CANCEL APPT) or reschedule (RESCHEDULE).

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through BukdAI booking numbers.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation, typically 3 to 10 messages per booking plus 2 reminders. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email booked@bukdai.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
